Refund policy

We do not accept returns, as all of our recipes are freshly packed and delivered just for you. To cancel an upcoming order you must call our contact centre 4 working days before your order is due to be delivered. We are unable to refund any orders in transit to you. 

However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at 0800 00 96185 and we will do our best to make it right.
